• Fill in the performance details carefully.

  ⚠️ Note: If the competition you’re looking for is no longer listed and it’s been more than 2 weeks since the event, you may need to purchase one of our Archive Packages, available on the same shop page.

• Once you’re done, you can add more items or proceed to checkout by clicking on the cart.

• Enter your contact details and complete the order.

• Sit tight! We’ll send you an email with your downloadable video, photos, or snapshot as soon as it’s ready.

• Go to polishdproductions.com.au

• Click on the GALLERIES tab.

• Find your competition and click to open it.

• Enter the password provided for that event.

• Browse the gallery and either:

  • Select and purchase your favourite individual photos, or

  • Purchase the entire album for one routine at a special discounted price.

Photo-only orders
These are usually delivered within 5 minutes of ordering.

Video or package orders
These are typically delivered within 48 hours of the competition ending, but during busy periods, it can take up to 14 days.

First, check your spam/junk folders

Look for emails from pos.polishd@gmail.com.

Even if you’ve received emails from us before, delivery links may still end up in spam or junk folders.

Still no luck?

If your order hasn’t arrived and you’ve already checked your junk/spam folders, please contact us through our Contact Us form and include your order number or any important order details.
We’ll do our best to assist you and get your order to you as soon as possible!

🔒 For competition galleries:
You can find the password by either:

• Checking the competition program for an advertising page from Polishd Productions, OR

• Sending us a message on Instagram or Facebook asking:
  “What is the password for [Competition Name]?”

🔒 For concerts and other events:
These passwords are provided directly by the studio or event organisers.
Please reach out to them if you need access to view the gallery.

Most of our concert USBs and orders are delivered directly to the studios for distribution.

Turnaround time:
We typically complete and send out concert orders within 2–4 weeks after the event, depending on the season and workload.

Once ready, orders are sent to the studio, who will then handle distribution to families.

For updates on when and how to collect your order, please follow up directly with your studio.

Our pricing varies depending on your specific needs—things like event type, length, number of performers, and media requirements can all affect the cost.

If the competition was quite a while ago, you can still order by heading to our Shop and selecting either:

• Archive Video

• Archive Package

Please note:

• The price is slightly higher than standard orders.

• Delivery can take a little longer, depending on availability and archive access.

Each Polishd Snapshot is carefully hand-edited to ensure the final result is polished, engaging, and ready for social sharing — which means it takes a little time to create.

We aim to deliver all Snapshot Packages within 2 weeks of:

• The competition finishing, or

• The order being placed — whichever is later.

Thanks for your patience while we craft something special just for you! If it’s been more than 2 weeks and you haven’t received your Snapshot, feel free to reach out via our Contact Form and we’ll check on it for you.

Orders placed using our kiosk tablets at the competition are given priority access.

We generally aim to email these orders within 3 days of the competition finishing.

However, during quieter periods or smaller comps, we may even get them out during the event, so be sure to keep an eye on your email inbox (and check your junk/spam folder too, just in case).
